don't go by HwInfo for average fps. use Fraps for that. a separate program. hit F11 in fraps and it should save the info like i posted earlier. you have microsoft excel?
let Fraps run in the background during the game and Hit F11. make sure you skip cut scenes by turning off again using F11 to get a more accurate fps count.
if you click View it will open up the folder as shown . . .
edit: if you keep your CPU at stock. at least turn off all power saving features in bios such as intel speed step and set Windows Power Options to High.Edited by rdr09 - 7/19/13 at 10:57am
