H100i ridiculous temps

Thread Starter
Ok i've been running this since April.Everything was fine up until now.I noticed while playing civ 5 that the temp on the cores were 75-78c
Then i run prime 95 and within a few seconds they skyrocketed into 85c !
I shut it off after that.
I have a 3930k running at 4.2Ghz(Vcore is -0.75 offset,1.24v max)
I've been running this oc since april and i didn't have these temps before.Even during the really hot days and after of hours of prime 95 the temps wouldn't go higher that 73c.

Could this indicate a faulty pump or something?

edit:
I have very little mx-4 left and i don't want to waste it because it's hard to find it here.

According to corsair link it runs at 2345rpm

Also i forgot to mention my case has plenty of dust filters and is relatively clean because of that.

When you touch the hoses, is there a vibration? If there is then the pump is working. Also check and make sure the fans are actually spinning. If everything else checks ok (working right), then i would suggest to remount the cpu block.

Okay i reseated the cooler and reapplied the thermal paste twice but the temps are even worse now.(using two different methods)
80-90c on idle!
I underclocked my cpu to 1200mhz and got the voltage to 0.8 just so i can post this.
The fans are spinning alright.
I've also touched the pipes and they feel hot.i can't tell whether they are vibrating or not.I think i can sense some slight vibrations though.

P.Sand yes obviously i cleaned the old paste using a 93 degree alcohol.(it's what i've been using for years.)
