If it's using something like the HD7730 or whatever my mates one had it's very close to where the OP is saying is getting hot from memory, I reckon it'll need new paste smile.gif

9600GT? Sounds like a really old laptop, I'd assume you have a Core 2 Duo laptop then? I'd suggest new thermal paste if that is the case, if you feel happy doing that though. That and cleaning out the dust! thumb.gif

Yeah it's an older laptop, but still better then mmost new laptop you get now xD except for the heat xd and clean out the laptop every month tongue.gif will idd look for the paste
