Hey . I plug today 770 Lightning . And something strange is happen. Beause before load windows ( or in windows without drivers ) card are very very loud. Fans are i think on 100%. But when i install drivers card its silent.

Its strange, when card is without drivers or before loaded windows, fans are going to 100%.

When on 770 Gamin Twin Frozr i dont get that issue.

Not sure how thats "strange", drivers are there to set things such as fan speed and other optimizations.

It would be like a media center keyboard that doesn't have the drivers installed, expecting all the media center functions to work properly - yes it will work as a keyboard, but some of the functions aren't going to be usable smile.gif

When you start your pc Lightning fans has a feature that get rid of dust. It spins in reverse for 30 seconds in 100% load and then another 30 seconds in regular rotation. Check this out http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MLnWXml2cc4

Max boost is 1263mhz on core. Can someone confirm its ok or not? Thanks and cheers.
