Maybe. Try running an anti-virus program and defragging your hard drive, the second part is random, I know, but if that doesn't work I'd suggest getting a 500W+ PSU. If you need a new PSU, what's your budget?

If other websites work fine for you I doubt its a PSU problem. Run some antivirus and spyware stuff (adaware, spybot), run defrag and ccleaner to clean things up. Try a new browser.

These are few good, yet cheap, options if you considering getting a new Power Supply:
SilverStone 560W PSU - $120
OCZ GameXStream 600W PSU - $100
Xion Supernova 600W Modular PSU - $80

If it shuts down only on that one particular link and nothing else, I highly suggest just staying away from that link. I know thats not really a solution, but it does avoid the problem. If you dont have problems anywhere else I wouldn't worry about it. Other than that, a power supply might be a next step.
