v0.99a is just out - it brings performance monitoring support for the upcoming IvyBridge E/EP CPUs (codename "IvyTown")

It also fixes some bugs that resulted in performance degradation when running on systems with non 2^N cores (e.g. 12/24). It also fixes a crash with retinal simulations running on systems with more than 32 logical CPUs.
