So I recently moved and shipped my pc. I got my pc but some of my pins on my mobo are bent so i decided to buy a new mobo. My old one is ASUS P8Z77-V LX LGA 1155 Intel Z77 and planning to upgrade to MSI Z77A-G45 Gaming LGA 1155 Intel Z77. The thing is do i still need to reinstall windows 7? the thing is i dont have my installer cd and it is also oem so i dont think it would work woth my new one. I dont wanna risk not reinstalling though but i would do it if it would really work. Help please.

From my experience you may run into problems. Win should function with the new MB; you may need to install some drivers for the new MB. The catch is windows will detect hardware changes and may need to be reactivated. If it asks to be reactivated you will have to do so via the automated phone system. This has worked for me in the past.
Functionally it should be fine so give it a try.

I would think that home premium would be the full version and the home premium upgrade would be for PCs already running another version of Windows 7 (more info here).

Well... I'm not exactly sure where you are getting a hold of those OEM disks, but if they work for you and they are cheaper go for it.

You can't use an upgrade disk anyway because you aren't upgrading (home premium OEM=home premium) and when installing a new motherboard it's better to do a fresh install of your OS. For this you need a full install copy: usually retail but in your case perhaps OEM.
