If I am playing Skyrim on max with mods and I want the clearest picture possible...what monitor would accomplish this best.

Budget of $300-$350

Preferably 24' 1080/1200

Well we need to know first if you either want to go for a higher resolution monitor, a higher hz monitor or if you want to have both (overclocking 1440p).

For a higher hz, the new Asus VG248QE doesn't seem to bad, with 280$ it's in your budget, and it's a 24" 1080p TN panel too.

I would be interested in 1440p except for I have a radeon 6870 and would need to upgrade.
