Mouse button lag comparison - Page 28

Just bought a Kinzu v3. The left click is alot different that the right click and in that I mean more stiff/mushy. Is this common for Kinzu v3 or should I send it back? kind of like the mouse so far besides that. The right click feels more responsive too, but I've seen many complain on the switches so I thought it might be like this on all Kinzu v3's.

Can you please make a quick comparison test with the kinzu v3 against some mice that has known button delay?

The kinzu V3 button lag is similar to Kinzu V2 (like 25 ms more than a logitech). I have sent back mine.

Tibor at Roccat Support, who has been very helpful, asked the developers on my behalf for the current debounce time setting in the KPM firmware. As of FW1.10 it's 5ms.

2ms slower, but other people have got results with lower delay, maybe different firmware or something, 2ms doesn't make a difference anyways..

It's thinking like that makes standards slip for no reason. Every ms could count for something in the grand scheme of things. We still don't know how far we are from the "perfect" baseline of 1ms. Let's be honest here, there is no conceivable reason to justify button latency being higher than 1ms or inconsistent.
