The top and bottom white connectors are in .but the black connector is not . The manual says thats for the second PCI-E GFX

like I said, make sure all the pin are in the connector right, they can pop out.

I tested the PSU it works on my current pc.. and the power connectors are in their right positions ...ive been reading and checking everything for 7hours now :/

Just a hunch but this has happened to me before with a friends pc. Do you have the little screw header things (don't know what they are called) that you put under the motherboard to give it space from touching the case installed? You might wanna try taking the board out of the case and seeing if it will boot. I put mine on carpet and it booted right up lol, it was being shorted out by the case.

Sorry for the double post....I removed the motherboard from the case , but it still does not startup
