Need help with E5200 OC

Hi, i am new to OC.
I have been using Intel E5200 2.5Ghz @ 3.1Ghz for a while. I did it by increasing the FSB. Now i want to get it to 3.5 Ghz but cant do it. I increased the core voltage to 1.4 but system fail to boot then. Maybe i should do something with ram frequencies ? What and how should i do ?

1.4 Volts is a bit high to need to get those kinds of speeds. I'd look at the RAM first. It's rated at 800MHz and you're pushing it at almost 1000. I'd loosen up the timings a bit and add a little more voltage if possible. Also, what's your cooling situation? Temps?

I used to have an E5200 on a very cheap MSI mobo and I was getting 3.3 at 1.2v all day.

I have this cooler. Temps ain't rising more than 52 or something like that under full load. (I should change thermal paste).
Could you explain more detailed how to loose up the timing ? Add voltage where, on CPU ?

EDIT:
I can get to 3.2ghz with stock voltage, but it ain't stable. (Voltage is set to auto).
