so I got 2 difference score

http://cpuboss.com/cpus/AMD-Phenom-II-X4-965-vs-AMD-FX-6350

and

http://www.cpu-world.com/Compare/768/AMD_FX-Series_FX-6350_vs_AMD_Phenom_II_X4_965_(125W__BE).html

so which one is faster ?

FX 6350 should be faster in single threaded applications and in multithreaded apps.

In games which uses like 2 cores, yes. In games like Starcraft 2; Planetside2; World of Warcraft or Skyrim
the cpu will bottleneck you pretty hardly.
While in multithreaded games the fx 6350 should be enough
to push a single 7950 to the limit.

Even in low threaded games he will be fine.

The FX-6350 will be better than the Phenom II 965 in every case.
