Assistance with a Macbook Pro/ Windows 7 Conundrum

Thread Starter
So every now and then I find a laptop in the dumpster (sometimes not literally, a friend may relinquish their 'broken' baby over to me to see what I can do) but this one has got me stumped. The hardware for this 2010 Macbook Pro is fine. Everything works how its supposed to; but the previous owner (whos name will remain confidential) seemed to have a fondness for windows 7, though he bought the macbook pro. this friend loved windows 7 sooo much; he decided to remove the OSX partition, to give himself more room for his loving windows. he handed the laptop over to me as now that everytime the mac starts up; it goes to white screen for a few seconds; then immediately boots to windows. it does the adorable little handkerchiefs folding into the center then; and then immediate bluescreen.
It restarts asking for safemode etc; but none of those options work. then all lead to the all-fearing bluescreen. so i tried inserting the window disk; no response from windows 7. tried holding down C while the white screen was up; nothing. I have come the aggravating understanding that windows needs to be set in BIOS to have a DVD-R or usb boot first. but as this a macbook pro with no bios and no OSX; i cant seem to find a solution. its sad to have such a pretty laptop nonfunctional; so if you can provide any suggestions it would make my day (or week) if it worked.

Cheers

PS:
I have no idea whether this is in the right forum section; so no hard feelings if its moved.

PPS:
I typed this is less than 3 minutes so no laughing at the poor grammar and spelling mistakes. I have other projects to get to...

Hold the option key instead of the c key .he c makes it boot from the CD but sometimes with if you're not booting with an OSX DVD it doesn't work. If you hold the option key it'll bring up all bootable devices.

Sorry for not including that actually have tried holding down the option/alt key; as well as the c button. Ive even tried holding down Command+Option+F+M for the mac firmware all leading to the same results. the laptop ignores the commands and goes directly to windows. i've also tried external keyboards and optical drives. no luck.

Put OSX back on it then lay the Windows back on over this time leaving the 9or so gigs SL will need.

This won't do anything, in the PowerPC days it was cmd+option+O+F for open firmware

happen to have a friend with Mac and a external HDD/USB adapter?
Install OSX through a friend's machine straight to the external then put back inside.

External or through USB you drive may be spinning but it's not reading.

I would suggest a making a bootable OSX install as well for this computer. I am honestly not sure if Bootcamp can run without OSX on it for these type of situations. Worst case is really trim down the OSX installation and just copy it onto the HD into as small a partition as possible.
