So I own the Z506's. There a 5.1 speaker system but because my desk is small I only like to use 2.1. Problem is it's not very loud. How do I set up the speakers so there only 2.1?

So Im assuming you have only your sub and front right and front left speakers connected.

Go to the audio software on your pc (most likely realtech audio manager) in control panel. chose the same speaker arrangement within there. Also you can change the sound properties using the EQ settings and that may give you better chrisper sound.
