Very Weird Haswell Temperature Change?

So I just got my i7 4770k for editing and gaming. I tried to oc to 4.2Ghz with voltage at 1.25. I got idle temps of ~50 and load temps at ~90 (I stopped it when it hit 90). But i recently just tried to do it again because i noticed my 4.0ghz oc dropped 15c along with load temps. So when i put it back to 4.2 load temp wouldn't leave 60c. Not complaining, just wondering why this happened.

Internal thermal paste under the integrated heat sink has cured due to the heat load.

know it simply means temps may have dropped due to thermal paste curing, I have delidded many times so I say still delid it will only help things even more.
