That might be true, my 760 max clock is 1250mhz. While I like to know what my card is capable of, I would never use it overclocked for too long. I feel the performance gain isn't worth the huge additional power draw. Especially in folding at home 24/7 this matters. For a 1-2 hour gaming sesh a day it might not matter that much.

But.. if i was not a clocker i would go for the GTX 760.
