Hi.
Check this out. Your mobo is not for OC man...
Short guide for future OC attempts
BIOS
Raise multi by 0.5. Save and exit
In windows, stress test for stability by using something like IBT,OCCT,or Prime 95, for 10 min. If stable (no errors,BSOD,crash occur, raise multi by 0.5). Keep repeating this until problem appears. Then, go to BIOS and raise vCore (CPU voltage) to the next available incriment. Stress test, and so on. thumb.gif When you find an OC with which you feel ok, stress test for a good 10 hours.
EDIT
Keep in mind the temps. 50*-55*C max during stress testing.

dont forget you will need a good cpu cooler, refer h60 corsair from newegg for like 40 bucks, and a decent good air flowing case for best overclocked.

if you're new to overclocking, leave the ram at it's default speed and go for cpu freq first.
what are your temperatures? what are your voltages?
