Will this make a difference when mounting CPU heatsink indented uneven mounting holes?

I currently have a ASUS P8Z77-V motherboard and due to overtightened screws (bad experiences with corsair closed loop coolers) some of the mounting holes for the back plate/CPU heat sink are indented some more than others. They are not too bad maybe a few mm.My question is this it for the motherboard?
I am moving to custom water cooling and I know I will now be able to utilize spring tensioned screws for the heatsink will this fix any uneven problems or is my motherboard toast?
I dont want to have to suffer higher temps because of this.Below is the worst of all the rest really are not that bad.

A slight shift in heatsink or water block angle (X-axis) isn't as bad as a shift in their angle (Y-axis). Only then you'll have a real problem.

How do I know which axis is effected?
I assume the y-axis would be very hard to change.

springs should equalize the pressure across the CPU. If the cpu was delidded itd be another story though.

Yea that is what I am thinking as well wont know till I try.
What does delidding have to do with it?
My chip is not delidded just wondering.

Well just that the backplate shouldn't affect the heatsinks/waterblocks height adjustment from being completely straight (the way it usually is).

When tightening the springs, you may wanna tighten them one by one, equally all together, rather than tightening one or two and then the last two.
