When ever I try to burn a CD in iTunes, it gives me a "Disk burner not found or software not installed" error. WMP11 burns just fine. I tryed reinstalling iTunes, with no luck.

dude, iTunes spells autistic... did you know it will only let you burn a song to a CD up to a max of 3 times? thats BS!

just use WMP as your CD burning app... i love WMP 11 so much better then iTunes, i only use iTunes to transfer music to my nano...

Opinions make or break a program, but iTunes sucks.

The biggest reason i dont use it is that it does not have a monitoring feature... like so when ever you download a song, iTunes adds it because its in a certain folder.

Isnt that only for songs you BUY with iTunes? Also, it says this no mater what I try to burn, not just for some songs, and these are songs I KNOW I have never burned before.

well, i'll look around google, theres a few programs that convert the protected ACC files to unprotected Mp3 (whatever) files.

Dude, its not giving me a copy-protection error, its saying it cant find my CD burner! Read the question before you post random crap answers...

did you try updating drivers for cd/dvd drive? if you have them, do other drives work? did they work ever, and just now quit working? need more info.

Well, WMP11 can burn disks fine. I dont think I have been able to burn disks from this instalation, but I dont know. My current running idea is that iTunes cant interface proporly with the 64-bit kernal and drivers.
