Sure, I'll try to answer what I can right now. I used some pretty basic tools because I don't have all the necessary tools.
Dimensions: 0.8x430x150mm (D x L x W) (including DVD drive cover)
I cut it with a knife, yes a knife, the aluminum is thin and soft enough to cut trough it in a few cuts.
The fan holes were made with a dremel (like this)
, I used the hole dimensions of the original plastic front. I planned to keep the original front intact so no cutting, just replacing the mesh with aluminum. Unfortunately the plastic between the aluminum and the fans was too thick so I removed that with a dremel.
Dimensions: 90x470x170mm (D x L x W), if you make it longer you won't be able to remove (easily)
Same as the front, cut with knife. Made a pic to clarify
how I bent it, pretty self explaining I think.
Dimensions:30x150x330mm (D x L x W)
Exact the same as PSU cover, made the hole with a dremel and used a file to make little window for the lcd straight.
