The 'xbone' has almost exactly the same GPU and CPU setup.
The primary differences are that the Xbox One has less Compute Units, slow RAM, and potentially less RAM for games than the PS4. The One has whats called a 32MB ESRAM kind of like a cache though, which may mean something to virtually nothing considering the PS4 has a unified pool of memory for both its GPU and CPU.
We'll just have to see.
Amazing. Just amazing.
So not only is Sony giving us a less expensive AND more powerful console that doesn't screw us on used games, they're also listening to their fanbase about the Yellow Light Of Death issues?
This is why Sony is the powerhouse it is. They actually CARE and take the time to fix what the people want.
This is why I'm so excited by the upcoming generation. Everything from day one regarding the PS4 has been just running circles around what they did with the PS3, and I had no qualms with that system either. So its like a double jackpot from my perspective.
