I watch 720p upscaled to 1080p and it's just fine. It depends on your player and what scaler options you choose, though.

Of course that looks like poo, often times it looks crappy at 1080.

Actual 1080 video looks fine scaled to 1440.

I can safely that 32" is a good size just that it don't really do 2160p justice

I mean, 1080p is already pretty sharp, but if I stand back 6-8 feet I can't make a headshot
