Have you plugged these in at all and tested? I bought these same stock fans from someone else on OCN and they moved barely any air at all.

I haven't yet, I'll hook the Spectres up this afternoon and see how they compare with other fans I've owned

i have 12 of these fans, these are my favorite fans! they go great with low FPI radiators, 11FPI and lower. at 12 volts they are barely audible, 7 volts and lower they are completely inaudible. i run 6 of these in my computer at 7volts and its completely inaudible! GLWS!

Thanks!

The BitFenix Spectre fans definitely don't push much air, I wouldn't recommend them even for low-fin radiators. I think they would be more ideal as exhaust fans for a quiet build. You're absolutely right, at 12V they are barely audible and at 7V they are inaudible.

There's almost zero bearing noise, it's only air flow that you hear.

I updated the thread:
Code:
Cougar Vortex PWM:
Product Info: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835553002

Brand new in box! Didn't like the orange color, so my loss is your gain! These fans use 4-pin PWM connectors.

You can purchase both for $18, or individually for $10.
