Issue with getting to windows loading Screen after installing 2nd card

Alrighty tried looking for help on this but apparently everyone else doesnt have problems.

I bought a second evga 670 FTW+ 4gb edition. I installed the new cards and the new power cords are all hooked up. I then connected the extra molex to my motherboard for addtional power as required. I have the sli-bridge connected and everything is firmly seated.

When I go to boot the asrock mobo logo comes up and then goes away and then an intel boot manager then asrock again(which is normal) but then isntead of loading windows like usual it just simply repeats and tries again.

The rig is in my sig for Stryker-PC.

*Cards installed
*power connected
*extra power to mobo
*850w of silverstone strider's best power
*sli bridge connected
*mobo does not have bios which you must set to sli(that I saw)

Any help so that I may resolve this would be wonderful.

So since everyone was so helpful. I have had a heck of a time figuring this out. So here is the asnwer.

Go into the bios and disable the lucid vmp option. This is a thing asrock does for gpu enhancement as i understand. Once disabled and restarted from cold boot the sli configuration should be happy.
