sure people will always try to break the law. but that doesn't mean we shouldn't try even try to enforce, because that's obviously not an effective solution
HIPPA. Know what it means?
Please. This is my final plea. Educate yourself.
If I'm guilty of a crime and I purchase a firearm, it's illegal. Who cares if I buy it or not, I'm a criminal when I purchase that weapon.
Your argument is that this is a loophole. No, it's not, because you're doing it illegally.
Look at Chicago. There are articles, that exist, from reporters, that go out and buy a handgun off the street to prove a point. What they just did, was illegal. Proving that point was illegal. However, they don't get tossed in jail. The dealer they bought the gun from cops a plea and in reality, nothing has actually been done to handle that crime. On either side.
The reality is that there are no "legal" loopholes to buying a gun. Period. Done. End.
Politicians would have you believe that there are so they can document every single gun in America. Which, is what the agenda was with the gun check bill. Unfortunately, none of the liberals that urged it's passing "for the children" bothered to read it. Clearly, neither did you...And THAT IS THE PROBLEM.
Let's look at Zimmerman and the race card. The trial was NEVER about race until NBC made it one and now 1/2 of America believes that man is racist. It's moronic.
Educate yourself. Please...And actually start READING what's put in front of you. Comprehend it by educating yourself FURTHER...Then come present an argument.
Right now, you're just pushing a reporter's attempt to get fame and it's rather disgusting because it's built on lies.
