This error has dozens of different causes. Let's go through a quick & easy checklist first:
1. Update BIOS if available.
2. Test memory at stock / auto settings. I can see you're likely running at XMP from the photo above, or you manually set the timings and such.

2. Re-ran Memtest 4.3 and not the 4.2 version on XMP profile. Will try stock mode after I run this test.
