Its just simply streaming a screen space, so I run two monitors but it only streams the screen space of one. This really in no way is helpful in game play.. If anything it hinders it slightly because you see a small drop in performance while streaming. It is simply something that some people enjoy to watch while eating a bowl of cereal at 12am lol. People stream all sorts of games, even Smash bros tournaments. Its just another way for gamers to connect and share content, except this enables people to do it live. Its a cool utility, is it useful? That's another discussion..

I actually could see it being used to get around fog of war, those who have obscured vantage point see what they're clear viewed teammates are seeing, and useful for spying and sentry.
