Yeah a 560 Ti is virtually identical to gtx 470 performance and those are going for about $85-90. It's gonna be worth a little more since it's newer, runs cooler, and more power efficient though. So I'm gonna say start at $115 but take the first $100-105 offer that comes along.

And right around $100 for the CPU as well.
