Corsair H50 water pump, How many amps?

Thread Starter
I want to run the water pump at 7v instead of 12v. Is it ok if I run the pump and a gentle typoon, with a y splitter, off the same 3 pin fan header, running at 60%? I won't be varying the speed of the fan with software, but fixed speed. But I may go into the bios and switch it up to max again sometimes.

I know the gentle typoon is 0.36A 'starting current', does anyone know how many amps the pump in the H50 is?

OK, thanks ROG.

So the H50 draws 0.24 Amps, and therefore it's fine to run both this pump and a gentle typhoon off one 3 pin fan header?
