I just got 2x GTX 470s for $140 usd on ebay. It performs on par with GTX670.

Otherwise new it'd prob be GTX650 ti or HD7850

GTX 650 Ti Boost 2GB if it's just for games

You might be able to stretch your budget a little bit to get a discounted GTX660 (~$170) or GTX 760 (~$250).

If you don't plan on SLI/Crossfire, HD 7850 2GB or a HD7870 (~$170 on a good day) are AMD options.

Hows this card? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127731

Seems to be 1GB and slower than the other brands but I'm only using 1680x1050. I should still see a decent improvement over my 460 se right? What's the BE stand for?

Sell your gtx 460 and get a stronger card. Like maybe a 7870, 660ti, gtx 760, 7870xt, or maybe a used gtx 580?

You should squeeze a 7850 out of that.

~150

Powercolor HD 7850 2GB for USD 160 (USD 145 with promo code WALLET only if use Google Wallet payment method) . even at 1680 x 1050 , don't go for 1GB card.
