I need help :/ strange symptom what can it be? ''SOLVED! i guess thats how a Saber tooth powers up'' - Page 2

My Sabortooth R1 does something like that.

I believe that it has something to do with the " Hand off " of some of the " On Board " devices from the BIOS to the OS.

At that time, the BIOS has to let go of the control of the device so the OS can pick it up.

Hence, Voltage drop.

This is my take on this.

The Sabortooth is the only board that I have ever had do this. doh.gif

I will probe one more fan other than the red one to see if all the headers does the same ''Hand off'' as you said .

HEY BUD umm yeah well i guess it powers up like that i guess i had a senior moment lol here is another vid where i probed the upper
fan connector
