Biostar TZ77XE4 is meh for (analog VRM) so I wouldn't think the TZ77XE3 would be better , at least not for the $110 they're asking for it (It's a $80 board as far as quality and features)

It doesn't even have a clear CMOS button , the fan control is worse than Gigabyte.

If you look at http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/article/Biostar-TZ77XE4-Motherboard/1518

It seems it has the Biostar TZ77XE4's VRM. That means CPU VCore Offset -0.200~+0.520V , CPU VCore Fixed 1.000~1.790V

You're also limited to 50x multi in BIOS so this is only good for everyday OCs.

If you're looking at ~$120 boards I'd go for Gigabyte Z77X-D3H
