). Samsung sell 37 different Android phones, 3 Bada phones and 4 Windows phones (44 different Samsung phones in total
) just in the UK alone, there is a lot more in different countries. Even though Samsung is outselling Apple in the phone market, they aren't outselling by much and remember, this is 3 different phones vs 44 just in the UK. I'm pretty sure if Apple sold 44 different phones they would be making just as much, if not more profit than Samsung is.
HanSomPa didn't show any hate towards Samsung or the person he quoted. However you are showing hate towards Apple and HanSomPa as well as "attacking" him, making you a hypocrite.
How am I "showing" hate towards Apple agreeing that they don't please the general public, I'm even supporting your point by saying that.
If Apple made an iOS device under the 100 mark they would very likely outsell any current competition, problem is: Samsung is everywhere, when people 1st get into Smartphones they will look for something cheap so that if they regret, they wouldn't have spent much.
This counts as a sale for LG/Samsung w,e and when that user upgrades if their experience with the brand was good they will become loyal to it.
In the other hand if their experience with Android/Brand was bad but they liked the Smartphone capabilities they will look into Microsoft/Apple offerings.
The article says that Samsung sold 107/5.2billion in proffit million devices and Apple 31 million devices/4.6bn in proffit.
Apple only has the iPhone. It does what every single Smartphone does but does it please everyone?
That's why Apple is suffering, just check the device numbers sold and the proffit. Even tho the proffit is similar the number of devices is completely different, almost 80million devices difference.
This difference can be explained by the low proffit gained from each single low cost device while at the same time it would increase their device sales.
So yes Samsung might be winning in proffits in the 2nd quarter of the year, but they won cause they competing in a different market.
This is nothing that should worry Apple since it is not their market segment, you can be assured that regardless what everyone says regarding Apple, if they released a 100$ low cost iPhone, their sales would rocket sky high. But they would start messing with their reputation if they did so.In 2011, 86% of consumers quit doing business with a company due to a poor transaction or service experience (vs. 59% in 2007)On Twitter, over 80% of customer service related tweets are negative or critical of the brand in question, a large majority of customers expect a reply in less than an hourLink
If you read through the link above you'll see that costumers tend to be loyal if they satisfied and will switch if something bad happens.
Apple is fighting a tough war and she's not doing that bad.
Doesn't mean facts are wrong.
