You could try for as high as you want. Just make sure it's stable before you go higher. But it does seem you're getting close to the limit seeing your temps and all. I'd say for now, leave everything else as it is. It gets very complicated when you try overclocking everything else. Although there are some good overclocking guides on here. But I haven't seen any with a good detailed explanation on all aspects. I'll write up a detailed guide on overclocking all aspects with description of functions (HT, HT Clock, FSB, Ram, NB, NB-CPU, etc.). and the benefits of such when I get my setup running.
