Please recommend ECC ram for Supermicro MBD-X9SCM-F-O

Like the title says, please recommend ECC ram for SUPERMICRO MBD-X9SCM-F-O LGA 1155 Intel C204 Micro ATX Intel Xeon E3 Server Motherboard - Newegg.com.
The reviews on Newegg say this mobo is very picky with ecc memory. I would want to get 32GB of Kingston ECC. There are plenty of options of 32GB(4x8) and 2x16GB(2x8) on newegg and I have no clue whats the difference between them and which one to buy. Some say this mobo does not support registered memory, some recommend registered memory (link to post). really confused..

Please help. Thanks in advance for any recommendations.

P.S. I already have the mobo (bought it on sale, last BF), and going to buy this CPU: Intel Xeon E3-1230 V2 Ivy Bridge 3.3GHz LGA 1155 69W Quad-Core Server Processor BX80637E31230V2. Also I already have LSI LSI00276 PCI-Express 2.0 x8 SATA / SAS 9201-16e Host Bus Adapter, gonna use it to run 2-4 of SGI SE3016.

To be extra sure, you can go to the official website of the motherboard, click on "Tested Memory List" on the right and pick from it.

It says it does indeed support ECC and you can't have a more reliable source than the manufacturer. The people saying it doesn't probably didn't install a xeon processor in it which is required for ECC so you'll be fine since that's what you plan on getting.

It's only dual channel so either 4x8 or 2x(2x8) should be fine, but to be extra safe, the 4x8 is better since you know it's from the same batch so there's 0 chances on incompatibility between them.

It wasn't for the same MB, but I got "Kingston KVR16E11K4/32 32GB 4X8GB Kits DDR3-1600 CL11 DIMM ECC Quad Channel Memory" to go with my Supermicro X9SAE-V and it's working perfectly even though it's not in the tested memory list.

Thank You. If I will not get the "verified-working" recommendation for a 4x8 pack, I'll buy these ones.

Supermicro don't test with Kingston :/ That's why I'm asking here.

I was talking about registered vs unbuffered ECC.

I would prefer to buy 4x8, though which one? There are 5 choices of 32GB from Kingston on newegg: Newegg.com - Server Memory, Kingston, 32GB (4 x 8GB), ECC: Yes

Sorry about that, looks like I wasn't completely awake when I read that. They don't specify that they support registered memory for that board so I wouldn't take any chances even if someone claims it might work. If it does, it most likely won't work properly as registered memory anyway.

This is the one I got: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820239371

I don't remember what the difference is with the intel version(the other unbuffered one where the code ends in "I"), but there probably was a good reason why I didn't pick it since the price wasn't a big factor in the decision.

Edit: The intel just means it's been tested with intel chipsets so those would have a better chance at compatibility. I guess I didn't get it because it simply wasn't available anywhere in canada, but as I said, the non-intel tested one works great.

Thanks again for replying. Methinks, I'm gonna pull the plug on the one you recommended.

Edit.
Just bought: Amazon.com: Kingston 32GB Kit of 4 (4 x 8 GB) KVR16E11K4/32. I don't trust newegg's shipping anymore, so bought from amazon.
