the 2550K is the same as 2500K except the 2550K doesn't have integrated GPU.
if you are planning on using a dedicated graphics card, the 2550K is fine. the only feature I can think of that you'd be missing out is Intel Quick Sync.

no idea about the board.

the ASRock Z77 Pro4-M is a good little board, I wouldn't try to do crazy overclocks with it though and realize it's a Micro-ATX board so it's pretty small, doesn't have a lot of room.

Would try to reach for a regular ASRock Pro4, Extreme3, or Extreme4 or go with a Gigabyte GA-Z77X-D3H.

yea i currently have a hd 6950 1gb but will be upgrading

yeah thats a nice board for the money has a ton of features and will be more than enough for a 4.5GHz overclock, or look at a GA-Z77X-D3H another good board for same money

hi guys im going for this build for streaming @480p and will be upgrading to the 9000 series when its comes out what do u guys think
