I'd be curious to know the difference in your temps between when you first start running Prime95 and after it has run for many hours.
We're going to probably do a longer prime95 test but not right now...We're so pissed at his chip that we just left it @ 4.3GHz atm... 4.5Ghz failed stability @ 1.44V and we had to go to 1.45-6V in BIOS,real 1.5V because of asrock mobo. Then, max temps in ibt after 20 runs were: 85-97-98-90 Hell, freaking hot! In IBT,at stock clocks and 1.2V IBT temps were max of 65C i think.I thought there was something wrong with the loop because @ stock,my hyper212 + gets same temps but at load @ 1.5V,his is 10x better.I guess custom loop shows it's power at higher voltages/frequencies.
To your questions:
1)Air bubbles are gone,we rotated the case a bit for them to completely dissapear
2)The raystorm, screws A we did to the max(upper one) and screws B,we did to as much as we can(lower screws) . A's are for the pure mounting and B's are for pressure on the CPU.Maybe we can try to tighen then up? Although it seemed very solid mount
3)LLC is level 2,the second highest on Asrock Mobo.
4)PSU is enough and has been running for 4 years now.First ,with a Q6600 and WC (made by his brother, that's why this is our first) and GTS 250,then with Q6600 and GTX 560 Ti,then i5-3570k (stock cooler) with GTX 560 Ti and now ,i5-3570k WC and GTX 560 Ti .
5) Yes indeed,Asrock Z77 Extreme4 was misleading readings on the voltage. The mosfets aren't very good either, but they didn't get very hot..
