I'm using the Silverstone FF141 and get almost no dust. In 6 months of use there is just enough dust on the back of fan's leading edge to be able to see it... and that's the only dust I found. I hoover my filters every week or two.
Just a quick Google search came up with this site: http://www.saatiamericas.com/SaatiTech/data_sheets.html
If you look at any of the Saaticare data sheets (2nd group) you can see the different mesh grades and porosity. I would presume that Demciflex is some version of one of these. According to the website: "SaatiFil fabrics are used in electronic applications for air venting, dust and moisture control, static dissipation (ESD) and conductive applications. The narrow pore size distribution of SaatiFil fabrics ensures predictable and consistent airflow. SaatiFil Metalester fabrics can be used to dissipate static charges or for conductive property requirements."
I don't know how commercially available these materials might be for those who want to DIY filter screens.
