Gtx 780 bottlenecked?

Having some strange issues with low gpu usage in Crysis 3 and Bioshock infinite. They both seem to have ecstatic gpu usage in heavier scenes where I expect my card to shine.

Only thing I can think of especially after trying multiple drivers is that my cpu is the culprit. Even though overclocked to 4.7ghz I'm wondering if it just might not be enough.

Before I end up selling it and getting a 4670k or 3770k I'd thought id come here for personal experience on something I might be doing wrong.

Don't know about BS but Crysis 3 is a very multi-threaded game. making me belive there is something else in your system that is causing the problem other than the processor.
What was your last GPU ? it if was AMD are you sure you removed drivers properly? and please make sure you don't have fps limiter on with MSI Afterburner or EVGA Precision.

Did all that. Now randomly on demanding games it dips to 0% then regular usage.
