I have received the same email. And I found the shipping weight from UPS is 8.4 lbs. I think the true G75VX should be more than 10 lbs. mad.gif

Damn, that's just awful! The listing shows there is a 30-day money back return policy, but buyer pays return shipping. I don't think they will enforce that you pay to ship it back. I hope you all get this sorted out! That's some total BS! mad.gif

Just got an email from Tigerdirect.....

Thank you for your recent order. We are writing to you in regards to your recent order. Unfortunately, the ASUS G75VX-TS72 Gaming Laptop you ordered was incorrectly listed on eBay. The listing you saw advertised is not the item that was transmitted back to our system for your order; therefore it's not what you would receive. We were not aware of this issue until recently.

We will conduct all efforts to have what you received returned back to us for a full refund. This means that we will contact UPS and have your order intercepted and returned. In the event that this does not happen and a delivery attempt is made please refuse your order. If your order has already been delivered we will issue your return authorization along with a UPS prepaid label. This will allow you to return this order at no cost to you. Just let us know.

We sincerely regret the fact that you will not receive what was ordered. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your time and patience.

Yep. I received the Q400A today and raised hell about it. They said they couldn't do anything but refund since I used paypal?, (which is all they accept on eBay). They said they'll refund shipping too and I'm holding them to it. And of course their feedback will pay.
