Honestly, the shape of the Naos is really nice. I really have grown on it. No lies though, I do not have much to compare it to since I have only held other gaming mice, not used them. What is the length of your hand from palm to fingertip? The thumb rest is perfect and I finger grip it with my palm full on it, I don't have small hands either. The Naos also has a good tactile feel and the software that came with my 5000 is not terrible to be honest. There are a lot of settings and you have five profiles that you can rename and set different LED colors on. If you game get the 5000 for the higher DPI though, worth it for sure. I have already recommended it to a few friends that are in the market for better gaming mice. Cheers.
edit: wrist to fingertip measurements.
