Nothing I said in that quote suggested what you're saying. Also, he's talked about his anxiety before so no, I'm not projecting my issues on him.
I've seen no proof of him having any sort of disorders. Maybe all the haters have anxiety problems and that's why they treated him poorly on twitter, poor haters, maybe they also have an excuse, right? No need to contradict yourself like this, though. Saying "he deserves some criticism" and then complaining about it, its obvious you're defending him, for no good reason at all, really, since your issues are not his.
There's a big different between criticism and all out hatred. People act as if the guy had personally walked up to them and kicked them in the nuts. The people that act like that are no better than him.
]Again, wrong. I'll just quote two unfortunate comments of his:
I haven't read this thread completely, but I feel it'd be hard to find something that is worse than this, let alone "a lot worse".
Well, the second one was actually a quote from Futurama. Although, that doesn't make it right and as I said, being a dick isn't really justifiable, the same goes for a lot of the people in this thread who are personally attacking him.

he does NOT have outright prejudice. as much ranting as he does, he still manages to keep it together with concise arguments over the actual problem. he doesn't hate Microsoft, he hates the decisions they have made. he doesn't hate Ninentendo, he dislikes their direction. he doesn't hate Fish, he hates his attitude and presentation to the public
and I'm tired of other media/journalists being so safe with their opinions (even Adam Sessler sometimes, though I think this comes from his passive nature rather than being reluctant to speak his mind)
Marcus Beer is not
a journalist and he's definitely not the only person who calls out the industry for mistakes. Thanks to youtube, there's quite a few big names out there that do the same thing all while making better points and not coming off as whiny.
Also, the guy proceeded to tell people to boycott any future Phil Fish and Jonathon Blow's games. Yeah, he definitely doesn't have any outright prejudice alright.

Well obviously, since people on the internet are people. However, the anonymity of the internet causes people who otherwise wouldn't speak their mind to do so and not care whatsoever if they're wrong or if it's going to affect someone personally.
