Windows keeps failing fast startup.

So I'm on Windows 8 64 Bit and I just got my replacement Sabertooth 990FX GEN3/R2 flashed to the latest bios version (rest of my rig is in my signature). The issue is that it keeps failing fast startup and in the event viewer I get two errors and one critical.

The critical is Event ID 41 from Kernel-Power saying "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly."

One of the errors is Event ID 29 from Kernel-Boot saying "Windows failed fast startup with error status 0xC00000D4."

The other error is Event ID 6008 from EventLog saying "The previous system shutdown at 1:03:19 PM on ‎7/‎28/‎2013 was unexpected."

I don't think its the RAM, I even manually set it to its timings to see if it would fix it, voltages, and speed of 9-9-9-24, 1.5v, and 1600 mhz and I used it on a previous build just fine. Should I just turn off fast startup?

Because for fast startup it has to save a file of some sort during the shut down process to speed up the boot time, but I'm thinking the file Windows has to save isn't saving properly so it has to keep booting from a clean slate all the time.

Anyone? I disabled it and my PC seems to shut down faster, but I'd still like to have fast boot working.

I just ended up turning it off. My PC actually boots faster with fast startup turned off than trying to start up my PC with it failing fast boot.
