Go for it!

That's the reason I bought it. It was at a very reasonable price and I can vouch for this mobo. Trust me

What should be the maximum temprature I should tolerate when overclocking? And maximum voltage?Should it be 60` @1.5 volts?

I don't know. But try to get the better looking rev 5.0 like Jason has. biggrin.gif

Depending on your LLC settings, the voltage tends to either drop a bit at load, or be silly high or low at other times. Whenever I turn it to extreme it somehow draws so much from my crappy PSU without being under load the PSU fan will not stop. But Regular LLC for me is more than fine. Currently at 1.4v or so, and CPU never climbs above 50. Well, except that northbridge. I personally am fearful to go above 1.5v 24/7... It just sounds so high..... Hell 1.4v sounds really high for me.

EDIT: I keep comparing my and Jason's OC. I know he has the superior 6300, but even if I lost bad in the silicon lottery, I shouldn't be having to pushing so much voltage for a 8+hour stable OC. Meaning, either I'm doing something wrong, or the chip/board revision I have is really bad.

Did you OC your NB, Jason? If so, does it make a difference? I just pushed mine to 2.4 but too lazy to run P95 overnight again.

Little trick. Keep your CPU nb at 2000Mhz. It makes balls of a difference and only increases temps. Try keeping your cpu nb voltage at 1.22v. Sometimes that compensates for vcore and you can run with a lower vcore;). Keep HT Link at 2200Mhz. smile.gif. I think that our mobos can take upto 1.5v without having a problem. While playing BF3 Multiplayer for a couple of hours my max core temp was 48c, max cpu temp was 53c and max nb(tmpin2) temp was 64c. Think that's okay and BF3 Multiplayer is the only game that stresses my cpu so much.

I'm going to overclock right away when I get this. That way,if something blows up,it'll probably be safe under the 30-day replacement guarantee:)
