AMD FX-6200 question

There is one on CL, what would you guys say I should pay for it? Buyer wants $85 and I'm currently on the sig rig below. For those lazy folks, Phenom II x2 (unlocked X4) running 3.6/2.7@1.475/1.375 (core/nb). It's ran fine like this for a while, so I'm not worried about it going to crap on me. The current MB is my old one, but my new one is coming back to me (on loan, power outage fried his board). It's an ASRock 970 Pro3, or this:

4+1 phase, can at least run a Vishera 8core at 4.0@1.2v? Something around that, at my friend's house. If I push too much more, VRMs throttle. So my worry is, the Zambezi probably won't OC well, if at all on that board (I know it will run stock). I could put some VRM cooling on it and a few small fans, which would probably help a ton since nothing is on them now.

Basically, is that price worth it or should I just not bother and spend the extra on an FX-6300? $85 is decently cheap but then again it is a Zambezi....... Sooooooooooooo I'm asking here first, since I'm sure there are a few of you who have played with both (or at least Zambezi vs Vishera).

Man I don't know, a brand new 6300 is only $110 on Amazon right now. $25 extra for a new and better CPU and you can return it for whatever reason.

That's EXACTLY what I was thinking too. =( =( I told him that too, asking price was 140 and I flat out told him that wasn't going to happen ever (Even said he'd be lucky if ANYONE bit for 100). My original bid was $75. It's a BE (aren't they all?) so I'm thinking of telling him that I'm not interested unless I know it hits 4.5GHz on air. Really, that's about what I figure it should hit to beat the new Vishera stuff. That asking too much? Ugh, that 110 amazon deal though.......
