Should I dispute my RMA?

Thread Starter
I have just got back my RMA for a 7870 ive bought; the RMA ticket says customer induced damage due to warranty stick on screws being removed and it says a 10 minute test was done. Well the way I put the screws in on the heatsink arent level due to them being so small, and I can tell from looking at the graphics card that the heatsink hasnt even been removed. So im totally doubting that there has even been any testing done, is it worth me disputing this? I didnt send this card back if all they were going to do was look at it then decide its broken.

Which make of card did you RMA?
Were did you RMA to (manufacturer or retailer)?

RMA never involves removing parts to test, they simply put the card in a rig and test it.

If you removed the heatsink, you may have violated the warranty.
