Well, i got the feeling this afternoon that nobody knew the answer so i went ahead and tested it myself.

 

So, the results from my side: the "CPU" temp will probably sustain around 69-70, the cores will probably be at 59-60 by then so thats the max it can hold without damaging your die.

 

During the test my voltages played around 1.524-1.536-1.548 with LLC on auto.

EDIT: Room temp: 32C

 

wPrime 32M: 7.098 @ 4113.7Mhz
