Colin, adding some heatsinks on just the vrms will help cool them but at an added cost. not much but still defeats the bargain price of the 7950s. with good airflow you should be good as they are. no need to change anything just the fan speed. i left the gpu fans at auto when it was on stock cooler and it reached the highest speed of 55% in C3.

Well i see what temps are like stop before i decide on that choice but thank you for the advice
