I really want to see someone play with PTE on a cloth pad. Is it really that so much worse than optical or you can actually use it.

PLN 2031 was long time my favorite sensor. On QCK+, Talent and some other cloth pads.

360/50cm

I wasn't bothered due to the Z-Axis bug. No cursor movement due clicks.

The only time it was unbearable was with the Lachesis 3G. That had no dampening whatsoever.

Goes both ways though. The Ozone Radon 3K I have had the dampening set so high I could literally very very slowly turn the entire mouse around without the cursor ever moving(vibrations would also not move the cursor). That was unbearable too.

Honestly the only time you should never never never ever use a cloth pad with a mouse sensor is if it's the Cypress CYONS(CYONS2001 might not) sensors. It just poops it's pants when it's on a cloth pad. Interpolate it's max dpi to 5040dpi(Canyon Aoni 502) and just moving the mouse will cause a malfunction on cloth pads.

R.I.P Went to play some, and I got instant clown cursor. I had to clean the sensor to fix it.

Not something I want to deal with daily if it's going to be like that. Into storage it goes.
