I will be using them on a z87x - UD5H from Gigabyte
Proc is a i5 4670k. Video card is a 660ti

I will OC the proc, graphics card..... and ram if needed

So.... witch should i get ? PRICE IS THE SAME!

I wouldn't run 1.65V RAM on a IB or Haswell, but that's just me. You usually have to at 2133-2400 though. That's why I run 1866 @ 1.5v

Ok Greg, can you please tell me why you shouldn't run 1.65 on a ivy or Haswell ?
I run 1.65v on 2 x 4 gb @1600mhz of Kingston Hyper X Beast on my wife's rig, that's the rams specifications and XMP profile, why is that bad ?

1.65 is perfectly safe on both Ivy and Haswell.
If price is the same then 2133C9 are hands down the best choice.
RAM overclocking doesn't affect CPU overclocking on Haswell.
